Builta hallways are filled with student work and staff messages from the first month of school. Staff thought about the reason why they chose to be an educator, wrote it on their hand and took a picture. Students can see this as they walk to specials or lunch. The first grade classes read We Don’t Eat Our Classmates and then wrote how they show they are a good friend. Third graders learned how to read a clock and wrote about their favorite time of day. Third grade also wrote I am statements to help the classes get to know each other. Finally, fourth graders wrote about what they can’t imagine living without.
